Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
 
Note to the rental rates
There is a charge of 45 euros + 7 euros per person and week for cleaning and laundry after you have left the property. A non-refundable deposit of only € 150 per week/part week is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to departure, together with a refundable € 100 security deposit please - this can be sent by cheque and will be returned to you quickly upon confirmation from the owner that there are no damages, breakages losses etc. caused during your stay. Where, for example, a rental for a period of say 2 weeks, begins at the end of the pricing then you will be charged the relevant weekly rate applicable to the start date and the other higher or lower rate for the second week. Any additional/fewer days will be pro-rated accordingly.
 
The water is included in the tariff. The electricity will be measured and charged according to the consumption.
 
The property is normally available from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure; We will endeavour to be flexible should the need arise due to your flight times etc. and upon other guests' arrival and departure times. Collection to and from the airport can be arranged by the owner. Car hire is very easy however in Spain and I find that pre-booking with car hire fiirms is easy, convenient and usually cheaper through the internet. Payment is made on collection of the vehicle, for example on the arrival at the airport.
